We use MultiCast paging - and occasionally some phones stop receiving the audio or receives a very broken up audio. The user generally unplugs the phone and plugs it in again and voila - the Multicast paging is working again - for a few weeks to a month.
Any suggestions as to what might be happening? Is the phone "running out of memory"? Can something be done with my network/switches?
