Which Firmware is right for me?

I am a little confused by the firmware page on the phones. Typically i am used to firmware going up in numbers and if the firmware is for something special then knowing for sure. I feel the firmware is confusing on your site. Take the T38G for example. On your site you have the following listed:

1. 38.70.0.125 NEW
2. 38.70.0.115
3. 38.70.0.180 (Supported by 3CX Phone System) NEW
4. Yealink T3X-V70 Release Notes
5. 38.70.248.36 ( BTBC Supported )
6. 38.70.0.100
7. 38.70.0.132 (Supported by Freeswitch)
8. 38.0.0.130

So 38.0.0.130 is the oldest easy to figure out. From there though i am a bit confused.

38.70.0.125 and 38.70.0.180 are both listed as new but the 38.70.0.180 says supported by 3CX Phone System. Does that mean that firmware is only for that? or it just provides support for it in that firmware?

Then you have 38.70.248.36 listed and it says BTBC supported. Now by the numbers I would think this is the newest firmware but it does not have new next to it. plus it says BTBC supported. Does that mean it is only for BTBC or it just provides that support?

Anyone clear this up?
