The Message button only works when the phone is not "drawing dialtone". I can press the message button while the phone is idle and it will go into speakerphone mode, but our users want to pick up the handset and then press it. I know they can press the button and then pick up the handset so don't shoot the messenger. ![Confused]( "Confused")
