W52P remote phonebook : "synchronizing please try later"

Hello,

we have a few brand new W52p, and got problem with the remote phonebook.
We can browse the remote phonebook but we got this message when we try to dial : "synchronizing please try later"
Sometime it dial normally.
I have reduced the Update Time Interval (SRemoteNameFlashTime) to 60 but the problem is still here.
The T46G that we have on the same network are working normally.
