BLF on line keys

T-28 is putting the BLF lines from the Broadworks BLF list on the open Line keys rather than the desired DSS keys.
I have one Line Account so with 6 lines in the BLF list, the 5 remaining line keys get a BLF line and the remaining BLF is on a DSS key.
The BLF lines don't show on the phone GUI Account x screens.
When I manually set each Phone>DSS Key>Memory Key with type "BLF List" and Line "Line1" and press Confirm, the screen reverts to only showing DSS Key 1 configure and there is no change on the phone.

Also, the Phone>DSS Key>Line Keys defaults to "BLF List" and "Line 1" and changes revert after Confirm.

I'd prefer a config file solution.
