Ringdown

Is it possible to configure to Yealink phones to work as a private line ringdown or PLAR?

Id like for them to work in the manner demonstrated in this video:

I have two extra phones and I'd like to set them up for my daughter and her friend that lives across the street. (They are just 2 years old and can't dial)
