a new problem was introduced in the "105" and "155" firmware that did not exist in "85" version.
This is in an Asterisk configuration.
When the T46G phone receives a SIP 183 message it functions properly and does NOT provide local ringback and instead establishes a media path so you can hear whatever is being sent.
When the T46G phone receives a SIP 180 message it is establishing a media path AND is providing local ringback. This results in the caller hearing two ringbacks at the same time (local and media). This causes user confusion. It can occasionally result in a ringback and a busy signal being heard at the same time depending on the carrier being used.
This behavior doesn't exist in "85". Which I have verified.
