I have T32s which work fine with MWI for VM. I received a T46 to test and cannot get the MWI to work even though I set the same settings as the T32. I even swapped user IDs with a T32 and still cannot get MWI for VM to work on the T46. Note:
* "Subscribe MWI To Voice Mail" is enabled
* Voice Mail is set to 4001 - the same as T32, this is our voicemail number
* I can press the "Message" button and the phone goes right to voicemail as expected and it the PBX tells me there is a message
* It appears VM works for the T46 except it will not light the MWI indicator.
* "Subscribe for MWI" is disabled, the same as T32s, I tested with it enabled and it made no difference.
The firmware on the T46 is 28.71.0.81, there appears to be no updates on the website.
